Holland & Associates, Inc. provides professional land surveying and mapping services to municipal, governmental, industrial, commercial and private clientele in Florida, and prides itself on 32 years in operation in Northeast Florida. The firm offers a variety of professional land surveying services in a competitive and timely manner, with an emphasis on civil engineering design services, property boundary surveying services, and construction monitoring and construction staking services.
The firm currently employs three Florida registered land surveyors: Robert E. Holland, Sr., Thomas J. Smith and John L. Marsh. Our staff of field personnel and CADD technicians is well experienced in all phases of land surveying practice and are guided by our corporate philosophy of meeting the client’s deadline on time and on budget.

Holland & Associates, Inc. is a certified vendor of professional land surveying services under the Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business (JSEB) program for all the participating City of Jacksonville agencies, including the City of Jacksonville, JEA and JaxPort.
